What does Start free include?

Your first 5 reports are free, with every feature and no card needed. A report counts once you publish it to your client. After your fifth report, pick Core at $39 a month or Pro at $99 a month for up to three users, both with unlimited inspections.

What is Inspect Ace?

Inspect Ace is inspection software and a CRM in one. Inspectors run the inspection on a phone or tablet using pre-built templates and one-tap defect buttons, then deliver a branded report, and the same account handles leads, scheduling, estimates, invoices and the client portal.

Does it work on Android, iPhone and desktop?

Yes. Inspect Ace runs in the browser on Android and iOS phones and tablets as well as on desktop, and it can be added to a phone home screen. There is nothing to install from an app store.

What happens if I lose signal during an inspection?

Findings autosave locally as you work and sync when the connection returns. Leaving a section, tapping Back or closing the tab all flush the current draft first, so a dropped signal in a basement or a steel-framed warehouse does not cost you notes.

Is the AI writing my report for me?

The assistant drafts wording and suggests what a photo shows, but it never publishes anything on its own. Every finding, severity rating and recommendation has to be confirmed by the inspector, and the report carries your standard disclaimers.

Do commercial reports follow a recognized standard?

Commercial templates are grounded in the CCPIA International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Properties, known as ComSOP. Areas, sub-areas and report structure follow that framework so the deliverable reads the way clients and lenders expect.

Can I change the defect wording?

Yes. Every built-in defect can be edited, and you can add your own buttons right from the capture screen. Added defects save to your company library and appear for that section on every future inspection.

Can my clients pay online?

Yes. Invoices carry a pay link and each client has a private portal where they can view reports, sign estimates, pay invoices and send you a question at any hour.

Can I add inspectors to my company?

Yes. Invite inspectors from settings, set your company branding once, and every report they produce carries the same logo, colors, license details and disclaimers.

Can I do home, commercial and mold inspections in one account?

Yes. Every plan includes home, commercial and mold inspections from the same login, starting at $39 a month. No second subscription for mold or commercial work.

Can I set it up for only mold or only home inspections?

Yes. Use just the inspection type you do, and add another later at no extra cost.
