Moe (Maurice) Bedard is the Co-Founder of Inspect Ace and the owner and chief inspector of U.S. Commercial Building Inspections of Southern California, a commercial inspection firm that works to the ASTM E2018 standard for property condition assessments across San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He also owns Mold Safe Solutions, a mold inspection and remediation company.
He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction, restoration, remediation and business development. He is a Certified Commercial Property Inspector (CCPI), a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) and a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR), holds inspection certifications with the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA).
Every report that leaves his office is reviewed by Moe before it reaches a buyer, lender or broker. Inspect Ace grew out of that work: his teams needed one app for home, commercial and mold reports that was fast on a phone, wrote clear findings, and did not cost hundreds of dollars a month. Every feature in Inspect Ace is used on real jobs by his own inspectors.
