Inspect Ace ("we", "us") provides inspection, reporting and CRM software at inspectace.app and in our mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, license number, company and profile photo.
- Inspection content: photos, videos, notes, findings, property details and uploaded documents.
- Client and CRM data you enter: client names, contact details, estimates, invoices, contracts and messages.
- Usage data: sign-in times, activity history and basic device/browser information for security.
Device permissions
- Camera: to take inspection photos and videos of property areas and defects.
- Photo library and files: to upload existing photos, videos and documents into inspections.
- Microphone: only for voice calls or video recording you start.
- Location: only when you choose to fill an address; we do not track your location in the background.
How we use information
- To run the service: build reports, share them with your clients and send emails/texts you request.
- AI features: photos and documents you submit for AI analysis are processed by our AI providers only to return results to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Security, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host, store, email, text or process data for us, with people you send report or portal links to, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored with encrypted connections and access controls. Shared report and portal links are private links; anyone with the link can view that content, so share them carefully.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings → Delete account. Records owned by your company (such as reports issued to clients) remain with the company account. To request full deletion of company data, email help@inspectace.app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@inspectace.app.
Children
Inspect Ace is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
