By creating an account or using Inspect Ace, you agree to these terms.

The service

Inspect Ace is software that helps inspectors collect findings, organize photos, produce reports and manage clients. We do not perform inspections and are not responsible for the conclusions in your reports.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of reports, costs and recommendations you publish.
• Review all AI-generated text, summaries and cost estimates before sharing; they may contain errors.
• Have the right to upload the photos, documents and client information you add.
• Keep your login secure and comply with laws for messaging (including SMS consent) and licensing.

Your content

You and your company own your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service.

Payment

Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or send spam or unlawful content.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Inspect Ace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
